I think T.rex, it had such a powerfull jaws, the heaviest bite of all living animals in time. It had also a wery powerfull body and could easily ram a Carcharodontosaurus. Carcharodonto was an older version of predator, sure it had longer arms, but it jaws where very weak in compared with T.rex. And it was not as powerfull as T.rex and would probably be ramed than ram.
