Spitter hooted surprised as he saw that the raptor actually threw his venom back on him. But then he felt the itching burn of his venom in his neck, and he hissed irritated and violently shook it off.

Cobra began to circle the raptor, looking for weaknesses, while Spitter recovered from the venom.
Soon, the male dilopho joined his mate's circling. From time to time, his crest flicked out and rattled, before it laid back again. Cobra hissed and scraped her feet in the ground, tearing up dirt and such from it, before she took place behind the raptor. Spitter took place in front of the raptor. Hissing loudly, with his big frill rattling violently.

Midnight's shining, red eyes watched the whole thing from distance. They were glowing, glowing by hunger and bloodlust. The raptor was putting up a strong defence against those spitters, but he guessed it just had been lucky so far. But he'd see.
The loser, would be food.
Eclipse's dark, cold eyes appeared next to Midnight's and were also staring at the fight in front of them.
